About the Artist

Rachel Warner

Rachel Warner is a nationally recognized American Tonalist artist. Rachel is also a fifth generation Montanan with a BFA from Billings and four tours of studying Art and Art History in Italy and France. Warner enjoys a long friendship/ mentorship with Russell Chatham and was recently honored as one of the important painters of Glacier National Park in the PBS documentary, 'A Timeless Legacy'. Rachel Warner is a signature member of the American Tonalist Society who shows contemporary Tonalism from coast to coast with a long list of high profile clients including the CEO's of; Intel, Sun Opta, Google, Yahoo, and Walmart. Growing up in Montana, Rachel was acculturated by many of the northern plains Native American tribes, especially the Blackfeet in Glacier country. Some of Warner's most coveted pieces are the rare and highly collectable, native, tonal paintings she produces each year to honor the spirituality of the American Indian. Montana Trails Gallery in Bozeman, Montana is the only outlet for these completely original, soul stirring visions.
